mst is the best because its a quickplay so its highly chainable
galaxy is twice as useful only in some situations

Mst should be played in most decks. 

Galaxy Cyclone should be played in decks that mill alot(Lightsworn,Infernoid,etc..)

Night Beam can be sided against decks like shaddolls to force out key cards without them triggering or forcing them to go minus. 

-Note people can potentially go minus from night beam if they chain another card to night beam so that they can chain the targeted card. 

Personally I like Denko better than galaxy cyclone or night beam. Anti-Magic Arrows is also an interesting card to take the place of night beam.

Let me give you guys a quick lesson on these three cards:


The cards Galaxy Cyclone Night Beam and Mystical Space Typhoon are equal in their own rights.


Mst: Mst is your basic S/T Destroying card, It has no specific requirement like the 2 other cards but unlike Night Beam, you can still activate the card MST is targeting. Another benefit of Mst is that it is a quick play spell, making it more flexible and can be used at crucial times, for example: 
Player 1: *Activates a Continuous Trap Or Spell card, lets say Skill Drain* 
Player 2: *Uses Mst and destroys Skill Drain, giving his/her monsters ability's back*


Night Beam: Night Beam is another S/T Destroying spell card but with a twist, Night Beam has a requirement that needs there to be a Set S/T to target and destroy but the benefit of it is that the opponent can't activate the targeted card in response, meaning that if they have a card that can totally mess your play up (Like For Example Compulsory Evacuation Device) they can't use it, rather than if you used MST they could've activated it in response.

Galaxy Cyclone: Now Galaxy Cyclone is the worst or the best out of the 3 depending on the situation. It has the same requirement as Night Beam and needs a Set S/T card to target and destroy, but unlike Night Beam, Galaxy Cyclone allows the opponent to activate the card in response. A benefit about Galaxy Cyclone is that when it is in your graveyard during your Main Phase, you can banish it and destroy one face-up S/T card, making it a card that destroys 2 S/T. The only Non-Benefit is that you can only do this once per turn which is what makes Galaxy Cyclone more of a Side Deck Card than a Main Deck One, just for that extra S/T Destruction.
