How to make a successful academy
heres a list of academies that failed in one way or another
http://infernoacademy.forumotion.com/
bad design and they begged members to recruit
http://elementalheroda.forumotion.com/t9-staff-management#27
don't make a thread begging members to do anything and never tell your staff they might lose their job just take it if they arent doing it right
http://ultimateda.forumotion.com/t16-all-pals-and-friends-head-to-my-place#19
don't get caught stealing and if you do take something thats genneral knowledge like lessons so they can't prove it was theirs
the one thing my academy has is freedom that doesn't mean you can do anything but you can try. i never had to force members to recruit or make anything for the site because im so good at it. i don't care enough to make the mods do anything.
theres also been steady improvement since this academy has been created you can't just sit there and stay the same while everyone else is getting better. you need find out what works and implement it into your system
since this is my first and only academy i didn't realize how many other just failed with theirs. theres alot of members here who have been admins, mods and owners at other academies i even seen people who have started multiple failing academies(Mr. Bunilla)
but really its me i kinda know how to do things. and im good at doing hostile takeovers on smaller academies(fake alliances).
Quick recap don't start your own academy the market is already over saturated
