soul charge at 1 doesnt hurt me since i only used 1 per game anyway and really only my infernity deck is any weaker since 2 cards from it got hit

infernitites got literally killed, also with the limiting of soul charge e-rulers are even weaker also sylvans, plant synchro might come back because of glow-up bulb, all warrior decks got a boost also all synchro based decks magician of faith isnt that relevant, i dont undersatnd why raigeki seems random

every deck that has to atk to win will use raigeki theres no reason not too with dark hole it might be dead some times but if your opponent has monsters raigeki is always live

sylvans wont use glow up bulb or maybe yes but it wont be as good as a felgrand

yea they will the card wasnt banned for no reason glow up bulb will give them some easy synchro plays and now they will have a better reason to use 1 for 1 with all the sprouts they play

Glow up bulb doesnt righer the sylbans and either was as i said felgrand is better than most synchros
