Is a Fire king deck good?

I have not seen Fire Kings played in a little over a year since destruction became irrelevant. This was due to the floating capabilities of qliphort and BA, not to mention how shaddolls plus when they are sent to the grave by card effects. This lead people to go away from the deck because it's claim to fame was that it was not hurt by destruction. Currently I believe that without the ocg support (Fire King Island), they do not stand a chance in the current meta. They are ok right now but they struggle to push with little explosive plays to otk or massively stun their opponent outside of gaurnix blowing up the board during the sp. They have easy toolbox capabilities with tenki and barong. Bear gives them outs to the djinn lock. Wolfbark gives them searchable access to rank 4's. I like to put a little twist in my build by adding artifacts. yaksha can pop them in your backrow and if they are destroyed on your turn the jump up an stun your opponent. They give the deck better matchups also with lancea and scythe being crucial in the satellaknight, nekroz, and ritual beast matches. Furthermore they are big beaters that can run over monsters that firekings have a hard time getting over without a rank 4, guarnix, or bear. In conclusion, I believe the right build of Fire Kings could be decent right now, with immunity to card destruction and a well tuned toolbox Fire Kings could be a solid contender for tier 1.5.
