Pendulum Guide
With Pendulums hitting Dueling Network i'm sure most of you are eager to learn how they work well to day's you're lucky day this guide will show you how.
Pendulum monsters go in the 2 pendulum zones on the left and right of the field only 1 Pendulum monster can be in the left or right zone at a time, and yes you can have 2 of the same Pendulum monsters in you're Pendulum zones at the same time, you also cannot place them face-down, when a pendulum monster on the field is destroyed instead of going to the graveyard they go to the extra deck face-up also this does not break the 15 card extra deck limit rule so don't worry, now to summon it back you must have 2 pendulum monsters with the right scales let's say this Pendulum monster is a level 6 and you have Pendulum monsters (Scales are the gems on the side of the card) with the scales 2 and 7 in you're Pendulum zones this means you can you can special summon once per turn, monsters from you're hand and/or face-up Pendulum monsters in you're extra deck that are either level 3-4-5-6 also important note If a Pendulum summoning becomes negated, all monsters about to be summoned will be sent to the graveyard, now Pendulum monsters are both monster and spell when they go in the Pendulum zones they turn into spells so you're opponent can use cards like Mystical Space Typhoon on them and than they'd go to you're extra deck face-up but sense there still monsters you can normal/tribute summon them and so they have both a spell card effect and a monster effect but like monsters there are normal Pendulum monsters which have neither and some with no monster effect but have a spell effect, the top effect will always be the spell effect and the bottom the monster effect.
I hope this helped, if you have anything to add please comment below.
