Remote Play will enable users to stream their PS4 gameplay to their PS Vita system via WiFi, freeing up the television for other uses. SCEA expects that most PS4 titles will support Remote Play unless the title requires a special peripheral like PlayStation Camera. When will Remote Play work best? Remote Play will work best when the PS Vita system is located within the same WiFi network where PS4 is connected. We also recommend that PS4 be connected to the local area network via an Ethernet cable, that a router suitable for gaming be used and that the PS Vita system be within close proximity of the WiFi access point so that the connection is free of interference. Are there any other cross-functional capabilities between PS Vita and PS4 users? Players can voice chat or text chat between PS4 and PS Vita systems using the Party application, even during gameplay. Also, users can browse and compare each other’s Trophies. You can also send and receive text messages between PS Vita and PS4. Link PlayStation Now will allow you to: -Play video games instantly across multiple devices, similar to the way you might stream TV, movies, and music. - Stream full games to all of your compatible PlayStation devices including PS4, PS3, and PlayStation Vita. -Always play the most updated version of your game.
