Staff Payment System

This is where Staff are paid for their hard work. All members wont get the same amount, it depends on the job you have. This is how it goes:
Owner (Only if you're a cow) and Administrators are paid 2000cc
Moderators (I don't expect much of you) are paid 1000cc
Teachers (None lazy Teachers only) and Event Organizers (Must make at least 3 Events per a month) and Recruiters (Must recruit at least 12 members per a month) are paid 600cc
The Celestial Credits will be awarded Monthly.
