Thoughts...If a shaddoll card like this was made, would it help shaddolls....

you do realize that there is almost no way to get over this unless you play gishki. i could use either shadow imprisoning or skill and either atk over with ziel or send it back but its not like i'll let you get out a falco and construct to summon that thing in the first place

all i can say is the literal only out to this card is skill drain and shadow-imp, but even then, shadow-imp doesn't stop the first two effects, so this is basically a win condition card that says your opponent can't ever play yugioh as long as this card is alive.
TL;DR, the card is too good for the current game state, and is all around terribly designed.
